The AI PRD template every PM should steal

A great PRD isn't longer — it's sharper. Here's a section-by-section structure with the prompt we use for each.

1. Problem statement

Prompt: "Given the following user quotes and data, write a one-paragraph problem statement in the voice of the user. Highlight the tension."

2. Who it's for

Prompt: "Draft three user archetypes with a one-sentence job-to-be-done each. Rank by strategic priority."

3. What we'll ship

AI drafts scope. You cut it in half.

4. What we won't ship

The most valuable section. Prompt: "What are three obvious features to build here that we should explicitly not ship, and why?"
